San Jordi

The country park by the sea. San Jordi park, consisting of approx. 150 plots, is currently being developed a few miles inland from the Azahar coast in a tranquil setting encircled by olive, almond and carob trees and boasting wonderful views towards the distant hills.

The park has been carefully designed to take full advantage of the naturally undulating landscape, providing unspoilt views from many plots.Facilities will include a swimming pool, bar, cafe and mini-supermarket – all built to the highest standard to ensure that San Jordi Residential Park is a premier development. Work is now underway to ensure that plots will be ready to receive the first homes by September 2008.




San Jordi lies in the northern part of the Valencia/Castellón region, where it borders with the province of Tarragona and is not far from the stunning Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast), well known for its long sandy beaches and secluded coves. The park is idyllically located in the countryside, yet is within easy distance of both the nearby sleepy village of San Jordi and large towns such as Vinaros.. The seaside town and fishing port of Vinaros is a ten to fifeteen minute drive and the historical and very beautiful Peniscola is around twenty to thirty minute drive from the park. There is also excellent access to major cities such as Valencia and Barcelona, by road and rail.

Currently the area is served by low cost airlines flying into Reus and Valencia – both approximately 1.5 hrs drive. However, there are plans for a new airport for the Castellón region, just twenty minutes from the park.
