Moncofa

This park is located on the beautiful Costa Azahar, known as the Orange Blossom coast. Just four hundred metres from a long sandy beach and a ten to fifteen minute walk to Moncofa town centre.

The park has excellent facilities which include a large swimming pool and sun terrace area, a club house/bar and a pretty restaurant/coffee shop.

The park represents excellent value for money both in terms of the cost of homes and also the annual rent.

The park is close to Moncofa, an old walled town with a colourful history which dates back to the twelfth century. One of the prettiest towns within the region, with small squares, quaint churches and narrow streets,Moncofa is full of Spanish charm.There is always something new to discover in this lovely town. Moncofa has an excellent choice of restaurants and bars and a good selection of shops.

A short walk from the town is the beach front - six kilometers of some of the best beaches in the area - all have been awarded the coverted blue flag for cleanliness.

Along the sea front runs an attractive promenade which has a good selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, an ideal place to while away the hours.

The closest city is Castellón de la Plana about a half an hour's drive. An historical city dating back to medieval times, situated between the sea and the mountains, the city is quite small and ideal to discover on foot. Its orange-tree lined streets, amazing old Gothic buildings, its range of shops and a wide choice of restaurants make it the perfect city to visit.

The city of Valencia with its international airport is just an hours drive away.
