Locquemau
This park is in an ideal location - on the Granit Rose coast close to a number of stunning beaches and just a short walk to the local village of Locquemeau with its very pretty sandy beach.
This premier park has been well designed and laid out and offers an excellent range of facilities which include -
Large swimming pool - the owners plan to improve and cover it during 2007, extending its use later into the season
Bar/Café - open from the 1st May to the end of September
Launderette - coin operated washing machines and dryers
The owners are developing a new area of the park, which will be ready to take homes in March 2008. Europarks Group will be taking bookings for inspection trips from May 2007onwards. This new part of the park has sea views.
The park is easily accessible from the UK either by ferry or by air. The port of St Malo is just 2 hours drive and Roscoff is even closer, only 45 minutes away. The nearest airport is Brest which is one hour's drive to the park and is well served by a number of UK airports. Site rents are yet to be confirmed but will be in the region of 2,500 - 3,000 euros per year.

One of France's most rugged regions, Brittany is a fascinating mix of spectacular coastline, ancient towns, magical islands and inland woods. A Celtic duchy for more than one thousand years before its annexation to France in 1532, it is a land rich in culture, tradition and history.
The nearest town is Lannion which is just 8kms from the park. A typical old Brittany town with bags of charm and character. The town centre has small cobbled streets and traditional timber clad buildings. The town has an excellent range of shops, a number of large supermarkets as well as doctors and dentists.
The area is well known for its stunning beaches, picturesque towns and villages. There is plenty to do with lots of beautiful walks, a good choice of golf courses, sailing, fishing, walking, cycling and of course enjoying the many fabulous restaurants that the area has to offer.
