This park has everything an attractive large pool (heated from 09), a bar/restaurant, a club house and shop. It's with walking distance of the beach and the local village. The park is already well established, with street lighting, roads and mature landscaping. The new plots will follow the same high standards of design offering good sized and well screened plots

Not many areas can offer sunny beaches and snow capped mountains within such a small area.

The region is well known throughout France for its production of early fruits and vegetables due to its ideal all year round climate – it is also the largest wine producing region in France famous for Corbiere, Muscadet de Rivesaltes and Minervois wines. Due to its coastal location it also supplies a vast range of seafood to markets all over France – the area is famous for its Oysters and even holds its own Oyster festival in March every year.

The lake is called the Étang de Leucate and it home to a rich variety of wildlife, has some beautiful walks, is ideal for all kinds of water sports, fishing or just a very pretty and pleasant place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. If you like the mountains then the Pyrenees mountains which form the border to Spain can be reached from the park within one to one and half hours drive.
