What will my mobile home cost me?
In our presentation folder you will find a list of Europarks Group inclusive prices for at least one manufacturer. Please ask for a quotation for any make and model delivered to your chosen location.

What is included in the price?
Europarks Group  normal basis for pricing (our inclusive list price) includes all charges for delivery to the location of your choice, including all documentation and insurance in transit, installation on site and connection to mains services, steps and refridgerator or fridge/freezer. We are always happy to quote a special price if you wish to exclude any of these items. REMEMBER THAT YOUR MOBILE HOME IS FULLY FURNISHED - YOU THEREFORE DO NOT NEED TO BUDGET FOR FURNITURE ETC.

Are there any hidden extras?
NO - nothing is hidden - there are no surprises! On certain sites there may be additional siting costs (e.g. where a crane is necessary) or an "entry fee" but these are rare and we ALWAYS make such costs clear in advance of any decision to purchase. Our detailed "Client Order Form" lists all possible costs associated with the purchase of your mobile home. There is always a one-off cost to set up your gas supply, for which you can be quoted in advance. The Sales Advisor with whom you will be dealing, will also able to quote for such items as decking, garden sheds, barbecues etc.

What are the running costs?
Again - your sales advisor will discuss all these with you.  The annual charge for site rent will vary from site to site but an average fee is approximately £2,500 p.a. (exchange rates are a factor). Electricity and water charges are substantially less than you would pay at home. Gas bottle refills cost around £10 and last between two and three weeks depending on usage.

What are the legal formalities?
Buying a mobile home is like buying a caravan or a car. There are no legal formalities as there would be with buying bricks and mortar. A simple rental agreement is offered by the site owner and the conditions work as much in your favour as they do for the site owner. Europarks Group  will always be happy to discuss with you this aspect of the purchase in detail.

How long can my mobile home stay on site?
Unlike in the UK, the majority of sites in Europe have no limit as to the length of time your mobile home can stay on site. We shall be happy to discuss this fully with you but the situation is that, provided you pay your rent and adhere to the site rules and regulations, the site owner can wish for nothing more. Your rental agreement will be automatically renewed year-on-year for as long as you wish to remain on site.

What happens if I want to sell my mobile home?
There is no restriction in respect of selling your mobile home – except that the site owner may not permit you to advertise on the site itself, and will normally wish to vet the purchaser in order to keep "undesirables" away from the site. A commission charge of 10% of the selling price is normally applied. You are free to advertise your mobile home for sale but Europarks Group  will be happy to sell it for you if you wish. Although the cost of new mobile homes goes up each year, the lack of restrictions as to how long they can stay on site means that they tend to hold their value better than in the UK - good news if you do decide to sell.
